Where is Calce Bianca located?
We are located in the heart of the historic center of Ostuni, in Via Zaccaria. We recommend that you consider the time to reach us on foot, given the limited traffic area.

What are the opening hours?
From 7:00pm to 11:00pm. Our team is operational from 12:00.

How can I book?
Bookings can be made directly from our website or via WhatsApp. For groups over 8 people, please contact us directly.

What happens if we are late?
We kindly ask you to notify us in case of delay. We can keep the table up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond this time, without communication, the reservation will be considered cancelled.

Do you accept kids?
We accept everyone without any discrimination, but we would explain that our space and the type of experience we offer are designed for an adult audience, in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. We do not have high chairs, dedicated menus or spaces suitable for the little ones.
Do you have options for food intolerances or allergies?
We are careful to the dietary needs of our guests. We kindly ask you to report any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking, so that we can welcome you in the best possible way.

Do you offer a Tasting Menu?
We prefer to guide each guest through a personalized journey, leaving you free to choose from the dishes on our menu. Our team will be delighted to help you create a tailored dining experience, suggesting pairings and options to help you enjoy Calce Bianca at its best.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets are welcome. Unfortunately the restaurant spaces may not be suitable for all dogs, and we do not want to cause stress to them, please let us know in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards. Payment via meal vouchers is not accepted.

Reservations and Deposit
Is a deposit required to book a table?
No. We don’t require advance payment, but for certain reservations we ask for a credit or debit card pre-authorization as a guarantee. No amount will be charged at the time of booking.
What is a pre-authorization?
It’s an automatic check on your card’s validity that temporarily holds an amount (e.g. €20 per person) without charging it. The amount is released after your dinner, or charged only in case of no-show or late cancellation.

What happens if I cancel or modify my reservation?

If you cancel or modify your booking at least 48 hours in advance, the pre-authorization is voided, and nothing will be charged.

If you cancel within 48 hours, show up significantly late without notice, or don’t show up at all, the amount held may be charged as a penalty.
Do I need to pay with the same card I used to book?
No, you may settle your bill using any payment method. The card is only required as a booking guarantee.
How does the pre-authorization process work?
Upon confirmation, you’ll receive a secure link where you can enter your card details. The system will validate the card and hold a virtual guarantee without charging your account.
