Inaugurated in the summer of 2022, Calce Bianca Osteria Contemporanea offers a new, refined and authentic taste experience, proposing a cuisine linked to the territory with an eye to experimentation.

Menus

An exclusive menu conceived by our Chef Lorenzo Angelini and cared for in every detail by his collaborators, conceived on a seasonal basis, where the individual ingredients are the protagonists. The strong point of our cuisine, a not insignificant detail, is the bread prepared with sourdough and baked every evening and accompanied by a selection of excellent oils from Apulian producers. Pay attention to the presentation of the dishes, the skilful use of first choice ingredients and the impeccable combinations of flavors make each course unique. Each dish is in fact the result of continuous research and a creative approach to matter and to the various cooking styles.

Attention is captured immediately, thanks to the large window that gives access to the restaurant.

After crossing the entrance you reach a bright room, characterized by the presence of barrel vaults that frame the room. A few steps away, there is another suggestive room, once used as a stable.

An ancient residence in the historic center of Ostuni which, when renovated, has created an elegant environment , whose minimalist essence is the source of inspiration for each dish.
