Menus

An exclusive menu , guided by the seasons, where the individual ingredients are the protagonists. Accompanying each meal is our homemade sourdough bread and focaccia which is served with a world class extra virgin olive oil.  From the impeccable presentation of each dish to the carefully chosen ingredients, each course is a unique flavour experience.

Attention is captured immediately, thanks to the large window that gives access to the restaurant.

After crossing the entrance you reach a bright room, characterized by the presence of barrel vaults that frame the room. A few steps away, there is another suggestive room, once used as a stable.

An ancient residence in the historic center of Ostuni which, when renovated, has created an elegant environment , whose minimalist essence is the source of inspiration for each dish.
